At Baptism, parents take on the responsibility of teaching their children the Catholic faith and Pope Paul VI reminds us that students will " listen more willingly to witnesses than to teachers, and if he does listen to teachers, it is because they are witnesses.” Parents are also invited to take this opportunity to witness to your children what it means to live out their faith by participating in the Sacramental Life of the Church, particularly the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
